Board consider hiring specialist

Billy Whizz's Wonderboys could soon be boosted by signing a non playing specialist to aid their transfer strategies.

Discussions have taken place in the Billy Whizz's Wonderboys boardroom about recruiting a possible transfer specialist in the near future, to help manager Billy Whizz with his transfer plans.

A senior source told BWW blog that 'loose and informal' talks had begun about whether to hire someone in the role, and that it was likely the issue would go further in the near future:

"It's something that has been considered, though never formally discussed. Some people are quite keen on it, and a decision could be made in the next couple of weeks"

However, it is likely that any appointment would be made nearer the end of the season, as a thorough recruitment process would be conducted, and the formal role responsiblilities finalised.

Meanwhile, 18 year old Glynn Wells left the club on Monday night for 15m, a fee Whizz was happy with:

"Glynn had finished blooming, and we thought it was the right time to sell him. I was delighted with 15m; in truth it was far over what we expected to receive. I wish Glynn all the best in his future career - he certainly gave his all in his time here"
