Whizzers sign right midfielder

Paul George added to the ranks

Billy Whizz's Wonderboys made their 2nd signing of the season late last night, as they recruited 32 year old Paul George for a nominal fee.

The position has been something of a headache in recent time's for manager Billy Whizz, with Maurice Meredith retiring, and youth player Michael Hill being sold Wednesday night, and says despite signing George, he is still very much in the market for a quality right winger:

"At the minute we have no right midfielder, so George will play tonight. While he's not going to break any records, he should do a decent enough job until we can bring a better player in. Paul knows the situation, and he's happy to help out."

"We have Peter O'Reilly on the list tonight, so we're hopefuly of getting some good money from that. There's one or two people we're looking at, but we won't know our budget until after the sale tonight"

George coming into the side is likely to be the only change from the side that beat Dynamo Doran in tonights game against Marineros. 94m signing Mikhail Kohklov will be partnering Luke Groves up front, as the Wonderboys will be hoping for another positive result in the first ever Division 4 match at Shitters Palace.
