Young defender could leave the Palace

Wonderboys receive enquiry for 18 year old Dwight Connolly

Transfer preparations for Season 25 are heating up at Shitters Palace, with incomings as well as outgoings being planned. The latest development is that hills of chazza are believed to have asked the Wonderboys how much they would want for youngster Dwight Connolly. The central defender has progressed well since being awarded a first team contract, but could raise vital cash for the Whizzers if they need to prepare for Division 4 football.

A similar enquiry was made for Thomas Avery last week by an unknown club, but nothing has yet been made concrete, and no official bids have been placed.

The Wonderboys have been closely monitoring the situation of Locomotive United striker Joe Britain. The 23 year old has scored 23 goals in Division 6 so far, and is thought to be available for around 50m. Other possibile purchases include Chammys XI's GYAN. Chammys are keen to sell the striker, and interest is thought to be high. Searches for a right midfielder have so far been fruitless, with Billy Whizz withdrawing from advanced negotiations with 2 clubs, as he searches for a replacement to Maurice Meredith.
