Wonderboys bring in striker

Whizz breaks the bank for 23 year old

Billy Whizz's Wonderboys made their first signing of the season this evening, after they signed Mikhail Khohlov for 94m.

The move is by far the most the Wonderboys have spent in their history, but signals the end to manager Billy Whizz's well documented striker hunt.

The Russian has played 83 games, scoring 17 goals, having played principally in Hong Kong.

Some of the outlay was recoupled late this evening, as Michael Hill sold for 10m, although midfielder Peter O'Reilly failed to sell, meaning he will return to the Whizzers squad.

Billy Whizz will explain his reasoning for spending his whole budget on Kohklov in an exclusive report for BWW tonight, where he also examines the Wonderboys' prospects next year
